Chronic Fatigue, M.E., Fibromyalgia

This cluster of problems can have a number of causes - ...to name just some of them.

We specialise in dealing with such problems, but patients have to realise that lifestyle changes [most obviously, but not only, rest and 'energy management'] are almost always a key part of treatment.

A careful history can often reveal longstanding problems that may have contributed to the disorder. Investigations can identify allergies, deficiencies, metabolic dysfunctions and even toxic chemical exposures and that need to be corrected. We will then draw up a plan of treatment to get the most possible benefit for you.

CFS and Fibromyalgia are at opposite ends of a spectrum of complaints; while the same list of factors is important in both, they may take different priorities.
